If you have not received your parcel, we can only issue a refund back to the original method of payment or store credit if we either:

  1. Receive the parcel back to our facilities, OR

  2. Receive confirmation from our couriers that your parcel is in the process of being returned for reasons outside of the consignees control.


If your parcel is returned for any of the reasons below, your refund will be issued as Store Credit*:

  1. The incorrect address was entered as the Shipping Address

  2. The parcel was not collected

  3. You are no longer at the shipping address and have moved within the estimated delivery time

  4. The parcel was refused due to import fees.

*Shipping fees will not be refunded.


Please note, if you have not received your parcel within 28 days, please contact us immediately.  

Please note, we are unable to investigate any tracking or delivery issues 60 days after the parcel has been shipped. Any issues that are not raised within 60 days of the parcel being shipped, will not be eligible for refund or reshipment. If we receive the parcel back, we will issue a store credit.
